Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our productsALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items sold on our website are custom printed and branded specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

No Refunds

We DO NOT offer refunds for:

  • Custom printed or custom branded products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Design approvals that were confirmed by the customer
  • Color variations caused by screen-to-print differences

Because each product is made uniquely for you, we cannot resell or reuse custom items, therefore refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a reprint or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying artwork, spelling, sizes, quantities, and colors before approving
  • Reviewing all order details prior to checkout

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom products.
